How bad do you want it?

When it comes to achieving your Health and Fitness goals, or any other goals in life It comes down to how bad you want it.

It’s important to identify your pain button. How will you feel in 3-6 months time if you don’t achieve your goal.
If you don’t change things now what will it be like in 6 months.

Which leads me to a great quote by Tony Robbins:

Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change
