Welcome to Specialised Personal Training.
My name is Nigel Lyons and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years now. Health and fitness has always been my passion and helping people realise their goals. I have worked on cruise ships educating and motivating people from around the world to make positive changes to their lifestyle.
With this site, I hope to be able to continue to educate people on how they can achieve their goals without being a slave to the gym. Time is one of the main reasons people give up exercise. Fortunately, you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get good results.
I now work as a freelance trainer and operate from Energie Fitness in Ballsbridge,
Dublin 4. I work with busy professionals who need to lose weight but don’t have lots of time and mothers who have put on weight post pregnancy. My average client sees improvements after only a few weeks of training. (see testimonials). I push people past their comfort zone and each workout is 100% effort.
